Stun Cuffs: Give 80,000 Volt Shock to Prisoner

New technology now being used in some prisons in the U.S. gives staff power to administer high-powered shock to those in custody.  Looking something like the ankle bracelets used for electronic monitoring, the stun cuff is supposed to “bring you down.” The shock can be administered up to 100 feet away.
